Narmi is seeking an Implementations Engineer to lead the onboarding and launch of new financial institutions on the Narmi One platform. You will build integrations and automation to speed deployments and improve reliability.

This in-person–first team works from Narmi’s Flatiron office about three days per week with flexibility to work remotely when needed; NYC-based candidates or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• BS in Computer Science or similar technical background.
• 1+ year of professional experience in software engineering or a technical role.
• Based in New York City or willing to relocate; authorized to work in the United States.

About The Implementations Engineering Team

You’ll be part of Narmi’s Implementations Engineering team, a small-in-headcount, high-impact group of engineers operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and our customers. We work closely with Narmi’s Customer Success and Implementation teams to launch new financial institutions on the Narmi One platform, while continuously improving the systems and processes that power those launches. A big part of the role is building the internal tools, integrations, and automation that make implementations faster, more reliable, and increasingly scalable over time. You’ll develop deep product expertise quickly as you diagnose issues, ship targeted fixes, and improve how implementations are delivered in the real world. We actively use modern AI tooling in our own workflows and look for opportunities to build custom tools and automation that help teams across the company move faster and operate more effectively. We believe the best work happens when great people build together in the same room, so we’re an in-person–first team, typically working from Narmi’s Flatiron office about three days per week with flexibility to work remotely when needed.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of professional experience in software engineering or a technical role
• Based in New York City or willing to relocate
• Authorized to work in the United States

The expected annual base salary for this role is $94,000 - $113,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $94,000 – $113,000 per year.
