Qualifications

• 1.5+ years as a software engineer with web app experience.
• Experience shipping apps using declarative UI frameworks (React).
• Experience designing, developing and launching scalable APIs (Python/Kotlin).
• Ability to simplify complex problems into modular components.
• Comfort with large codebases, debugging, and code reviews.
• Proactive about growth, feedback, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Break down projects into tasks, deliver in phases, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design & analytics through ideation and constraints.
• Support operations by creating/monitoring metrics and on-call tasks.
• Contribute to team growth through interview participation and mentoring.
