Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping web apps with declarative UI frameworks like React.
• Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Demonstrated ability to own problems end-to-end and deliver well-tested, extensible code.
• Comfort navigating large code bases, reviewing others' code and giving constructive feedback.
• Proactive about personal growth, seeking feedback from team and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication for global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Break down larger projects into tasks and deliver in phases with the team lead.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics across the lifecycle and discuss constraints and trade-offs.
• Support operations and availability of team artifacts; monitor metrics and participate in on-call efforts.
• Contribute to team growth through participation in the interview process.
