Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Technically well-rounded, with strong depth, breadth, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ITSM vended applications, including BMC or ServiceNow, in both on-premises and SaaS environments is preferred.
