Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 2+ years of applied experience.
• Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Java with Spring/Spring Boot and REST-based services.
• Experience with AWS, Kafka, JMS, and MQ messaging frameworks.
• Strong React.js skills for modern frontend development.
• Experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Executes standard software solution design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Writes secure, high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity with peer review.
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation capabilities to improve the value realized by automation.
• Performs technical troubleshooting to solve basic to moderate complexity problems.
• Gathers and analyzes large data sets to inform secure, stable application development.
• Learns and applies system processes and skills for secure, stable code and systems.
