The role is remote for US-based candidates with a compensation range of $133,000 to $183,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience shipping web apps using React or Vue.
• Experience shipping mobile apps with React Native or similar.
• Proficient in designing and launching APIs using Kotlin or Python.
• Ability to translate simple problems into scalable solutions with clear, testable code.
• Comfortable debugging and reviewing code in a large codebase.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

This role will focus on building and improving mobile and web experiences that help customers access financial products through a seamless digital journey. You will partner closely with product management, design, and analytics to break down complex initiatives into phased, testable deliverables. The position also supports platform reliability, operational visibility, and collaborative engineering practices within a fast-moving technology team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $133,000 – $183,000 annually
