Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a software engineer to break down complex initiatives into phased tasks and deliver them through close collaboration with product, design, and analytics teams. The role includes monitoring metrics, supporting on-call work, and contributing to team development activities.

You will design and implement well-tested solutions across web and mobile platforms using React, Vue, Kotlin, and Python, navigating large codebases and conducting thorough debugging and code reviews.

Qualifications

Requires at least 1.5 years of software engineering experience.
Experience shipping web apps using React or Vue.
Experience shipping mobile apps using native or cross‑platform tech such as React Native.
Experience building scalable APIs with Kotlin or Python.
Ability to design and implement well‑tested solutions across components.
Navigate large codebases, debug and review code, seek feedback, and communicate effectively.
