Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a software engineer to break large projects into phased tasks and collaborate with engineering, product, design, and analytics to deliver value.

You will design scalable APIs, ship web apps with React or Vue, mobile apps with React Native, and work across the stack with well-tested code while monitoring metrics and supporting on-call operations.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1.5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping web apps using React or Vue.
• Experience shipping mobile apps using native or cross‑platform tech such as React Native.
• Experience building scalable APIs with Kotlin or Python.
• Ability to design well-tested solutions across components, navigate large codebases, review code and communicate effectively; related degree or equivalent practical experience required.
