Job summary

ATEC Spine is seeking a Software Engineer II to support development for its surgical navigation and robotics platform. You will design, implement, test, document, and validate software applications in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated environment.

You will collaborate across engineering disciplines, perform system-level testing, and contribute to design artifacts and risk assessments. Travel up to 15% may be required for on-site support and clinical prototyping.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial software product development.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high quality applications and frameworks targeting Unix/Linux platforms.
• Develop software in C++ and assist with future product features and technical tradeoffs.
• Perform integration and system level testing of software and software/hardware systems.
