Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect team is building a disruptive cloud-based contact center service. We seek passionate Software Development Engineers to design and deliver the next generation contact center, taking ideas from design to deployment with a focus on scale and reliability.

You will work cross-functionally with senior technical leaders, shaping the technology and product, and owning end-to-end code while solving real customer problems in a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
