The role emphasizes data analysis, SQL, Python, Snowflake, and shaping customer outcomes through telemetry and executive-level reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success focusing on health, retention, and outcomes.
• 3+ years Data Analysis with cohort/retention metrics; avoid spurious correlations.
• 3+ years Database work with SQL, ERDs, and star schema concepts.
• 3+ years Integration layer: translate signals to telemetry queries and actions.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer signals into telemetry queries and exec-ready recommendations.
• Own account health, monitor churn, surface expansion and risk signals.
• Reconcile CRM and platform data for a single trusted truth.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clear evidence of outcomes.
• Frame business questions with data; build charts with narrative first.
• Write/optimize SQL and use Python/pandas for messy data.
• Work in Snowflake; apply data modeling and data quality practices.
• Collaborate across CSM, analytics, and engineering teams.
• Participate in code/query reviews and fix data/pipeline defects.
