Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited technical discipline.
• 2+ years of software development experience, preferably in embedded/aerospace software.
• Strong understanding of software development and verification workflows.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio .NET and C++ or C#, plus related tooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with SVN, Git, DOORS, ClearQuest or CI pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust software architectures for aerospace systems.
• Translate requirements into software specs and contribute to performance improvements.
• Meet technical, schedule, and customer requirements with traceability.
• Coordinate with team and internal customers on interfaces and design.
• Develop clear software documentation including specs and release notes.
• Write clean, maintainable code in C++ and other languages.
