The role offers hybrid work flexibility after an initial onsite period and relocation support may be provided. Requirements include 2+ years in professional software development with C++ or OO skills and a High School Diploma

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience with C++ or object‑oriented programming.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core flight management software for next‑gen avionics.
• Implement high quality software to meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Participate in requirements and code reviews and improve software quality.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, test, and certification teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support software integration, testing, and debugging in lab environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects across the development lifecycle.
• Continually grow technical skills and adhere to aerospace standards.
• Relocation support may be provided.
