As a Software Engineer II, you’ll own end-to-end features from design to production, collaborate with customers and operations, and drive architectural improvements to support rapid growth in healthcare tech.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend languages: Javascript, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency in backend languages: Python, Go, or C++.
• Experience with Git, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, databases, and monitoring tools.
• Proven track record designing end-to-end solutions and strong architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the technical direction of the RCM platform by proposing and implementing improvements to architecture, tools, and technologies.
• Build end-to-end products to revolutionize revenue cycle management for providers and administrators.
• Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows, from design and development through deployment and post-launch monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, define technical approaches, and prioritize tasks.
• Improve system reliability and observability by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices.
• Optimize performance and scalability of web applications as we expand.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams to ensure high availability and resilience.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews and drive architectural improvements across the stack.
