Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Python, Java, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud basics (AWS or similar).
• Hands-on experience directing AI coding agents and reviewing their output.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to full development lifecycle across two teams.
• Work with AI agents as a default part of shipping software.
• Write well-tested, readable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with team, product managers, and stakeholders to build practical solutions.
• Develop familiarity with Helix products, codebase, and cloud infrastructure.
