Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent
• 4 additional years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade harness capabilities for AI apps.
• Drive architecture and system design for agentic components.
• Ensure source control, testing, CI/CD best practices.
• Advance test automation and raise quality for harnesses.
• Mentor engineers and share reusable capabilities.
• Translate technical direction for business stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-organizational forums to share patterns.
