Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 2+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, app development, testing, and stability.
• Experience with ML platforms and data processing tools.
• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms or on-prem ML infra.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted software development tools with validation standards.
• Strong focus on responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and security.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and technical troubleshooting at non-routine levels.
• Develops secure production code and reviews code written by others.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation to improve value.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation for stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams.
• Designs and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream/downstream systems.
• Gathers data, analyzes, and supports decision making for secure development.
