Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering design, development, testing, and stability.
• Experience building ML platforms or infrastructure.
• Python proficiency and ML frameworks; Spark/Pandas/SQL experience.
• Cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML) or on-prem ML.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs.
• Strong in responsible AI and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and builds robust code.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' work.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to automation and development.
