Job summary

GM Financial is hiring a Software Development Engineer II to work across data marketplaces, mobile and web apps, and API services. You will drive cloud migration, automated pipelines, and test automation in a hybrid role based in Arlington or Irving, TX.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in software development, strong Java/C# and web tech, plus experience in Agile teams. Flexible hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in software development required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; commensurate experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop product features across data marketplaces, mobile, web, and APIs.
• Migrate products to public cloud within the team as appropriate.
• Build and improve automated pipelines for CI/CD.
• Contribute to test automation and peer reviews.
• Maintain production readiness with uptime and rapid triage.
