Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is looking for a software-focused engineer to join an agile team that maintains and enhances enterprise solutions. You will diagnose issues, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and help deliver reliable software across hybrid cloud environments.

The role emphasizes SDLC practices, C#/.NET and SQL tuning, plus strong communication. We value continuous improvement, a customer-centric mindset, and occasional after-hours support within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience designing and developing software in a product environment.
• Proficiency in .Net and C#, SQL.
• Experience with SQL performance tuning is preferred.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with urgency and document solutions.
• Perform engineering level tests to find defects and debug production issues.
• Consult with Product Management on feasibility and high-level effort estimation.
• Provide case status and risk assessments to ensure proper escalation and prioritization.
• Work in an Agile environment to analyze and determine solutions to technical challenges.
• Clarify and estimate feature work with Product Owner.
• Once per quarter, after-hours support availability for a week.
