Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Developer III to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable enterprise applications.

You will lead .NET/C# development and Salesforce initiatives, build integrations across ERP and marketing platforms, and provide guidance to teammates to uphold standards and quality. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, mentor peers, and contribute to DevOps and CI/CD practices for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with ASP.NET/.NET Core, OOP, APIs, and modern app development practices.
• Hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, or Salesforce APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce/ERP with external systems using REST/SOAP.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with DevOps tools, version control, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to own technical solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or similar certifications preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite, ERP integrations, Salesforce CPQ, and related platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise applications using .NET/C# and related technologies.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Design integrations between Salesforce, ERP platforms, data warehouses, marketing platforms, and third-party SaaS apps.
• Build and maintain APIs and integration services using REST/SOAP.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and production support across apps and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, and prioritize enhancements.
• Apply best practices in OO programming, design patterns, testing, and documentation.
• Support DevOps, version control, CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, reliability, and data quality of systems.
• Contribute to development standards, architecture decisions, and governance.
• Mentor and guide other developers and team members.
• Support broader initiatives like process optimization and digital transformation.
