Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer to diagnose and fix software issues, contribute to product improvements, and work within an Agile team across multiple platforms including C# and SQL. You will engage with product managers and engineering leaders to deliver reliable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and supporting PDI’s enterprise software solutions.

Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in software product development.
Proficiency in C# and .NET; SQL expertise.
Experience with SQL performance tuning is preferred.
Familiarity with Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps or Jira.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical concepts.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with due urgency and maintain thorough documentation.
Perform engineering level tests to find defects; troubleshoot and debug production issues.
Collaborate with Product Management to estimate feasibility and effort.
Provide regular case status and risk assessments to management for escalation.
