Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. seeks a software engineer to diagnose and resolve customer issues while supporting and maintaining our enterprise software solutions.

You will work within an agile team to identify defects, optimize performance, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to estimate effort and feasibility. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing, documenting solutions, and participating in feature estimation, with occasional after-hours support in a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in software product development for new or maintained applications.
• Proficiency in .Net and C#, SQL.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with urgency and document solutions.
• Perform engineering level tests to find defects and debug production issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management to estimate feasibility and effort.
• Provide case status and risk assessments to escalate properly.
• Assist in analysis and solution determination in an Agile setting.
• Clarify and estimate feature work with the Product Owner.
• Provide after-hours support approximately every 3-4 months.
