BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer Skill Level 1 to support Department of War IC missions at Annapolis Junction, MD. This role requires TS/SCI with Poly clearance and offers a strong benefits package with a focus on software development excellence.

Qualifications

• Seven years of SWE experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
• Four additional years of SWE experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to derive design and performance specs.
• Debug existing software and fix defects.
• Code and modify software to add features and improve performance.
• Review software and system documentation.
• Lead the team at a level appropriate to the project.
