Job summary

System One is hiring a Software Developer to join the Sales Engineering team. The role focuses on integrating the LIGER GenAI platform with customer systems, building new features, and ensuring successful deployments with ongoing support across the United States.

Candidates will engage with customers on-site, in a hybrid format, or remotely as required, and travel occasionally for direct engagements. An active Secret clearance is required, with Top-Secret preferred in some scenarios.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and AI technologies
• Proven experience with MEAN Stack and full-stack development in TypeScript
• Experience with Angular and web applications
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines, GitLab
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud and/or DoD/federal environments
• Ability to integrate software solutions with APIs
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and security principles
• Excellent communication with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
• Willingness for occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to integrate the LIGER GenAI platform into existing processes
• Build new functionalities and enhancements within the LIGER platform
• Ensure successful deployment and initial configuration of the LIGER platform and support post-sale
• Engage with customers in-person, hybrid, or remote formats
• Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations showing LIGER capabilities
• Develop understanding of LIGER capabilities and limitations
• Provide technical consulting and support throughout integration and deployment
• Rapidly build features and collaborate with product teams
• Document and communicate customer requirements for continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues
• Travel occasionally to customer locations in the US
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support
