Job summary

FamilyWellUSA is hiring a remote Software Engineer, Full Stack to join our USA/UK/Europe-based team. You will design, build, and ship full stack features across our Registry platform, spanning frontend UI with React/Next.js and backend services with Node.js and SQL.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of professional software engineering as a full stack developer.
• Proficiency with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack (React/Next.js frontend; Node.js or Python backend).
• Strong SQL skills and relational database experience (Postgres preferred).
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating with third-party platforms/SaaS tools.
• Comfort across the full stack from UI to backend to data layer; strong testing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full stack features across the Registry platform (frontend, backend, database).
• Maintain integrations with Healthie, Candid, Spruce, and HubSpot.
• Write and maintain APIs and webhooks with idempotency and data reconciliation.
• Design/evolve database schemas; balance performance and data integrity.
