Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) powers the physical engine at the heart of Amazon. AFT builds and operates software, hardware, and processes that run the global network of fulfillment centers; this role supports worldwide expansion of Amazon Fulfillment network.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing projects to improve customer experience and prevent outages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• You will experiment, design and deliver large scale highly available software.
• You are a Full stack developer who provides the solution from front end using React or equivalent frameworks.
• You deliver solutions that scale to our customers using Cloud/AWS Serverless architectures.
• You monitor the services using suitable metrics and design mechanism for operational excellence.
• You tackle complex problems, trouble shoot and provide simple and effective solutions.
