KLA is hiring for a system software engineer in Milpitas, CA. You will join the system software engineering group to develop and maintain on-tool, back-end software for Laser Scanning Wafer inspection products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to core software components, requiring strong Java/C++ skills, data structures, and problem-solving abilities. Minimum qualifications include a Master's in CS or Engineering (or a Bachelor's with 2 years' experience).
