Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to support the CHGB program, focusing on developing and refining component test software.

You will work with MATLAB and LabVIEW, publish updates, and collaborate across teams to meet project goals. The role requires a BS in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering and 2+ years of testing experience, with DoD context preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant testing experience.
• Experience in a Manufacturing and/or MIL-STD-810 Test Environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience working with electrical systems and RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Post Data Analysis toolkits.
• Review, understand and refine MATLAB and LabVIEW code.
• Use internal systems to publish, revise and track software updates.
• Develop and maintain test procedures on software use to support testing and vehicle delivery.
• Analyze test results to verify that Post Data Analysis toolkits verify test results against the Test Requirement Document.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to meet our technical and schedule requirements.
