Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Software Engineer for the Developer Productivity team in the United Kingdom. You will help build and operate internal platforms that enhance how Cloudflare engineers develop, deploy, and run software safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, Go or Bash.
• Strong debugging and source-control skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps or developer platforms.
• Ability to break down complex problems and communicate trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build developer productivity tools, MCP servers and AI agents.
• Automate Codex controls through CI/CD checks and policy-as-code.
• Monitor Codex adoption, improve controls and support remediation workflows.
• Improve GitOps, developer experience, platform security and reliability.
• Partner with product teams on architecture and platform adoption.
• Respond to incidents affecting internal platforms.
