The mission of the software team in Fort Wayne, IN is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, Advanced Sensor Systems, and Surveillance and Warning systems.

Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools Proven self-motivated problem solver who can look at a situation, identify gaps or issues, and take initiative to resolve them (technically, with process, and with documentation) Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements Experience contributing in a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems Experience developing software using Agile techniques such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe or Test-Driven Development Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Eclipse, and Ansible Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) pipeline such as Gitlab, Jenkins, or GitHub Experience with Linux, VxWorks, INTEGRITY, or other RTOS Experience leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning to improve productivity, collaboration, and performance Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles
