Job summary

RTX Fort Wayne software team is seeking engineers to join a development group working on Battle Management, Command & Control, and related systems. You will participate in cross-functional teams and apply agile methods to design, test, and deploy software for mission-critical defense applications.

Qualifications include a STEM degree and 2+ years of OO language experience (C++, Java, Ada). A DoD Secret clearance is required; this is an onsite US-based role with relocation and comprehensive

What You Will Do

• Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams.
• Employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
• Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or similar degree
• Minimum of two (2) or more years of professional experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, Ada or similar object-oriented software language
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required, note only U.S. Citizen can obtain security clearance
