Job summary

Truelio, LLC is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Software Services team. This hands-on role focuses on owning software across mobile apps, backend services, databases, and integrations to enable client success and internal operations.

Responsibilities include developing React Native applications for iOS and Android, building backend APIs with C#/.NET, and ensuring robust SQL Server data workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.

Truelio is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Software Services team. This is a hands‑on development role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of software, not simply completing assigned tickets.

You will work across mobile applications, backend services, databases, integrations, and internal systems that support both our clients and our own operations. Our client‑facing software is increasingly centered around mobile applications, with React Native playing an important role in our technology stack. Just as important are the APIs, databases, integrations, background processes, and operational systems behind those applications.

We are looking for someone who can understand how a system works, diagnose problems when it does not, and take responsibility for getting it working correctly.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, maintain, and support production software used by our clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android.

How We Work

Technical skill matters, but this role also requires ownership. We need someone who notices problems, investigates them, and helps get them resolved. That may mean tracing an issue from a mobile application through an API into SQL Server, fixing a broken background process, questioning an assumption in a requirement, or recognizing that a recurring manual task should be automated.

This is not a role where every task will arrive fully defined.
