Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and enhance features across our applications and systems. You will build robust features, services, and APIs that power our integrated maintenance and CMMS platform while ensuring high craftsmanship and reliability.

You will apply React and Node expertise, implement Redux/Zustand/Jotai state management, and contribute to scalable server-side logic and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years focused on React and Node.
• Proven experience building applications that manage complex workflows, such as ERPs.
• Deep experience implementing and maintaining state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
• Strong command of server-side logic, RESTful API design, and database schema design.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with hands-on experience across SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid grounding in test-driven development (TDD).
