Gallup is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead teams in Omaha, NE, focusing on innovative products and platforms. In this role, you will oversee engineers working on experimental and research-driven initiatives while collaborating closely with product, design, and research teams for high-quality delivery.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in engineering, at least 2 years managing teams, and a strong technical foundation. The position offers a salary range of $150,000–$180,000 along with a robust benefits package.

As an engineering manager at Gallup, you’ll lead the engineers responsible for our most forward‑looking work, including the experiments, prototypes and net‑new bets that will define the next decade of our business. You’ll guide a team contributing to major launches and platform buildouts across CliftonStrengths®, employee engagement and other research‑driven product initiatives, driving innovation from concept to production with clarity and discipline.
You’ll partner closely with product, design, research and fellow engineering leaders to ensure innovation work ships independently, predictably and at high quality, while maintaining alignment with core platform teams.
