You will contribute to back-end solutions, collaborate with product management, and help refine requirements and architecture to scale for the enterprise. The role emphasizes design reuse, compliance with standards, mentoring teammates, and delivering technical solutions for large, complex projects.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in Java and .Net languages and associated tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Constantly demonstrates good process and practice.
• Proactively drives forward the development team to deliver of business goals and technical deliverables.
• Mentors junior members of the team.
• Works closely with product management and software product and innovation architects to define and refine requirements and product architecture.
• Is responsible for driving design and approach through Enterprise ARB and Sonexus ARB.
• Ensures compliance with necessary standards and regulations.
• Builds software for reuse and scalability.
