Cardinal Health is seeking a Software Engineer within Commercial Technologies Software Engineering to contribute to back-end and enterprise solutions. The role focuses on developing design options, improving processes, and delivering scalable software aligned with business goals.
Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Java/.NET skills, with familiarity in Kafka or Camunda as a plus.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Expertise in Java and .Net languages and associated tech stacks.
- Familiarity with Kafka and/or Camunda a plus.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates good process and practice.
- Proactively drives forward the development team to deliver business goals and technical deliverables.
- Mentors junior team members.
- Works with product management to define requirements and product architecture.
- Drives design and approach through Enterprise ARB and Sonexus ARB.
- Ensures compliance with standards and regulations.
- Builds software for reuse and scalability.
