Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer for its Commercial Technologies portfolio. The role focuses on backend development, collaborating with product management and architects to refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions across enterprise technologies.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Java and .NET, with familiarity in Kafka or Camunda as a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Expertise in Java and .Net languages and associated tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Constantly demonstrates good process and practice.
• Proactively drives forward the development team to deliver of business goals and technical deliverables.
• Mentors junior members of the team.
• Works closely with product management and software product and innovation architects to define and refine requirements and product architecture.
• Is responsible for driving design and approach through Enterprise ARB and Sonexus ARB.
• Ensures compliance with necessary standards and regulations.
• Builds software for reuse and scalability.
