Nasdaq is seeking a Software Engineer to help build and improve the Nasdaq Questionnaires platform, a SaaS solution for governance, compliance, and board-related workflows for corporate clients worldwide.
You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Quality, DevOps, and Support teams to deliver scalable, reliable software—covering APIs, backend services, and user-facing features—across a modern cloud-based platform.
As a Software Engineer reporting to the Senior Director of Software Engineering, you'll play a key role in building and improving the Nasdaq Questionnaires platform - a SaaS solution supporting governance, compliance, and board-related workflows for corporate clients worldwide.

This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $96,000 - $163,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
