Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications and microservices across the Client Onboarding platform.
• Deliver microservices, APIs, workflow orchestration, automation, and user-interface capabilities that reduce onboarding friction and manual processing.
• Translate complex Business and operational requirements into resilient, secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate in an Agile, cross-functional team with engineers, product owners, architecture, Business, and operations colleagues across global locations.
• Apply engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration, observability, and production support.
• Explore and apply responsible AI-assisted solutions that automate complex onboarding activities and improve team productivity.
