Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing modern full-stack applications.
• Strong experience in C#, .Net, React.
• Experience building web applications and APIs using contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices.
• Proficiency working in collaborative development environments utilizing source control, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools or coding assistants to improve productivity and software delivery outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, or deployment processes.
• Experience incorporating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products or development workflows.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.
