If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we’re here to support you.**What You’ll Bring**Must-Haves:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.* 6+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack engineering background.* Proven experience leading technical initiatives while remaining an active contributor to software delivery.* Deep expertise in at least one backend technology stack, such as .NET or Laravel.* Strong experience building modern web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.* Experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications and distributed systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.Nice to Haves:* Experience working across multiple backend platforms, including both .NET and Laravel.* Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.* Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other production-scale data platforms.* Experience working in globally distributed teams and leveraging AI-assisted development tools.We know great candidates don’t always check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
