Job summary

TSC in Stafford, Virginia is seeking a software developer to design and implement distributed web and enterprise applications using C/C++ and Java for DoW related projects. The candidate will assist with requirements analysis, design, code development, testing, code maintenance, software install and documentation.

Travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 20% may be required. The role sits in an Agile team with mix of government and contractor personnel and requires a BS in a STEM field, 1+ years of experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/SE or related STEM field is required; master’s desirable.
• 1+ year of full-time programming experience in C/C++.
• Ability to work on Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Must be able to gain DoW IA workforce certification (e.g., Security+).

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Develop Java and C/C++ based software applications to meet requirements.
• Test, install, and maintain software on Windows and RHEL; some remote work possible.
