We are seeking talented and motivated Flight Simulation Software Engineers at various levels—Associate, Experienced, and Senior—to join our Flight Simulation Labs team based in Berkeley, MO. This role primarily supports Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) division, focusing on developing and maintaining sophisticated simulation models and tools that underpin our flight simulation capabilities. The successful candidates will work on creating core simulation infrastructure, developing tools for subsystem message monitoring, and modeling aircraft capabilities to support constructive scenarios in testing environments. These responsibilities are critical to ensuring our platforms maintain technological superiority and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Proven experience in programming languages such as C, C++, or C# for at least two years is essential, along with a track record of successful software engineering projects. For senior roles, a minimum of five to nine years of relevant experience is preferred, along with active security clearances such as Secret or higher. Knowledge of networking principles, experience working within Agile teams, and strong communication skills are highly desirable. Candidates should also be capable of multi-tasking and collaborating effectively within a dynamic team environment.
