About the Opportunity

The organization streamlines investor onboarding, fund closing, and compliance for private equity and venture capital by providing digital workflows that guide investors efficiently and securely. The role focuses on developing products that modernize and simplify traditionally manual processes, helping investors complete forms faster and build reusable investor profiles. Since 2020, the team has supported tens of billions of dollars in transactions and enabled over 50,000 investors to complete documentation quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow solutions for investor onboarding and fund closing
• Collaborate with the team to identify reusable investor data and manage its storage, presentation, and permissions
• Work across technical, product, security, and visual perspectives to address complex challenges
• Participate in product ideation and contribute to the full technology stack
• Engage in two‑week sprints to select and execute projects aligned with team and personal goals
• Work closely with engineers, product, and leadership on product decisions
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on regular feedback and company growth

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python
