Job summary

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to help build intelligence systems and ML capabilities for Navy warfare platforms, including LLM-based problem solving and AI integration.

You will support the NSWCDD Intelligent Automation Division and related DoD partners in advancing autonomous and AI-driven warfare technologies. You will design and implement software across the full SDLC, participate in Agile practices, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelors Degree in STEM or equivalent.
Relevant Software Development Certification can substitute for BS STEM degree.
Active U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions per project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
Analyze and optimize database performance and queries.
Implement and integrate APIs with authentication/authorization.
Contribute to full software development life cycle from requirements to maintenance.
Mentor junior developers and support Agile processes.
