Job summary

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer to contribute to design, development, testing, and integration of complex AI/ML systems for US Navy, DoW, and interagency partners. The role supports NSWCDD Intelligent Automation Division (H60) in merging autonomy, AI, robotics, and unmanned systems to expand Navy capabilities.

The position requires military standards knowledge, MBSE, and collaboration with program teams, with an emphasis on rigorous testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• INCOSE ASEP (Associate) certification preferred.
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, test, evaluation, and systems support to Test Leads and project teams.
• Assist with development, review, and maintenance of program artifacts and requirements traceability.
• Manage and standardize the documentation process and deliver reports to stakeholders.
• Apply QA to program documentation artifacts to support test plan development.
• Train new and junior personnel to learn required skills.
• Participate in planning meetings and working groups for program support.
• Monitor project databases and test management tools for program assessment.
• Independently research and develop test procedures based on Military Standards.
