COCC is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Strategic Development team that backs INSIGHT, our flagship core banking solution. You will work across client-side, server-side, and database layers, collaborating with Product and Analysts in an agile environment that values innovation and problem-solving.

You’ll help shape features, evolve the platform, and grow your technical craft. The role offers hybrid schedules, generous PTO, ongoing training, and career development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years software development experience.
• Experience with client/server, web applications, APIs and related technologies.
• Strong design and coding skills for GUIs.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and document high value software solutions for clients.
• Develop client-side, server-side and database code as part of solutions.
• Support yearly releases by implementing new enhancements and fixes.
• Collaborate with Product group and vendors to design product functionality.
• Coordinate with departments, vendors and tech teams to support deployments.
• Incorporate AI technologies to improve code quality and solutions.
