Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1+ year exposure to AI development and AI-enabled applications.
• Experience with at least one modern language (Python preferred).
• Understanding of APIs, testing, debugging and version control (Git).
• Basic cloud-based development knowledge, preferably AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance software applications and components.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code following standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business users to translate requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues; escalate as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and improve quality, testing, and practices.
• Support integration of applications with APIs, databases, cloud services, and tools.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and agile practices.
