Chariot in NYC is seeking an engineer to build AI agents and internal automation, taking projects from v1 to v100 or building from scratch. You will write code, shape workflows, and partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into scalable tools that enable cross-functional teams and impact philanthropy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Engineering, Growth Product Management, or RevOps, and are proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs, with a passion for shipping usable software

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Engineering, Growth Product Management or technical RevOps.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL and APIs.
• Based in NYC or willing to be for an in-person role (with WFH Fridays).

Responsibilities

• Write code, build AI agents, and create internal systems from v1 to v100 or from scratch.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into automated workflows.
• Develop programmatic outbound and custom internal tools, avoiding CRM-first approaches.
• Ship initial versions today and iterate rapidly tomorrow.
