Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in applied AI engineering.
• Built and shipped AI-powered consumer-facing products at scale.
• Experience at a top consumer tech company.
• Has worked at an early-stage startup or has a founding or MVP-building background.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Actively built with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) as a core part of daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered workflows that automate processes and improve engineering efficiency.
• Deliver product features across mobile applications and backend systems from design through deployment.
• Improve engineering productivity by removing bottlenecks and optimizing development workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and execution.
• Guide technical architecture and engineering decisions to support scalable, high-quality solutions.
